You must not use Function Labs Career Assist for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, deception, forgery, identity misuse, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful employment-related activity.

You must not use Function Labs Career Assist to create or support: fake qualifications; false work history; fabricated references; misleading applications; impersonation of another person; or dishonest or unlawful recruitment conduct.

You must not upload personal data, confidential documents, copyrighted materials, or third-party information unless you have the lawful right and authority to do so.

You must not: introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission; interfere with platform operation; scrape, harvest, or copy content or data at scale; or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law permits it.

You must not use Function Labs Career Assist to generate, store, or distribute content that is abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

You must not: evade payment; abuse refunds; share paid access unlawfully; create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits or restrictions; or exploit bugs or loopholes to obtain services without payment.

If you breach this policy, we may: remove content; suspend or terminate your account; cancel access to paid plans without refund where appropriate; investigate misuse; and report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required.
