Account data: name, email address, login credentials, account preferences, subscription status.

Profile and career content: CVs and resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, application answers, notes, drafts, saved materials, interview preparation content, career preferences and related inputs.

Payment and billing data: billing status, plan type, subscription status, transaction references, invoice-related metadata. We do not typically store full card details ourselves. Payments are usually processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, app or site interactions, log data, error reports, analytics events, approximate location derived from IP where applicable.

Communications data: support emails, feedback, messages sent to us, records of account or billing queries.

We may share personal data with payment providers such as Stripe; hosting and cloud infrastructure providers; analytics and product support providers; AI and processing providers acting on our instructions; professional advisers where necessary; and regulators, law enforcement, courts, or authorities where required by law.
